Identified - Advanced have become aware that a small number of collections are not running successfully following the retirement of the Legacy Exchange URL for NHS Mail (mail.nhs.net). We are working to establish root cause and then a fix can be implemented.

Investigating - We are aware of an issue where when accessing Docman the error "Site Cannot Be Reached" occurs for some customers based in the county of Kent.
This issue appears to be environmental and we are liaising with relevant IT to resolve.
